But here's what's really going on; it's suspected that this site isn't really "stealing" photos. It's just scraping them automatically.

That's not the worst part: what they try to do is make you send them a takedown notice to make them remove the stuff they "stole". If you are not aware, a legally valid takedown notice requires that you include your name and address. They had a form to let you do this: but they were actually collecting personal information from you.

It's also got malware. So don't even touch it with a pole, regardless of length.
