I always have had my hands dipped in many different things. But if there’s one thing that has always been near to my heart in regards to fandoms, it’s the Homestuck fandom. It always feels good inside you when you’re part of something big. But being a part of something huge is another story.

Every single little thing we’ve done to advance ourselves; every drawing, every ship, every fanfic, every alternate universe, ask blog, meetup, song, fan character, anime convention we’ve invaded, piece of fabric, blank t-shirt, stitch, package of paper clay and/or Model Magic, pod of gray theatrical makeup in combination with the purchase of the previous item, red, orange, and yellow paints (and one more color of your choice) in combination with the previous two, homemade God Tier hood, bucket we holler at because we’ve suddenly found it funny, case of Faygo soda and Tab cola, homemade Can Town, meme, and so on. The list can literally go on forever, because, besides a full-on MSPA convention, we have pretty much done it all, which is a major accomplishment.

But there’s one more thing that is the most important of them all:

The friends we’ve made.

We have the power to keep the legacy alive for years to come.  The story of Homestuck may officially be over, but the universe will soon be expanding (talking to you, Hiveswap). This is not the end of our story, this is just the start of our own Act 2.

Many fandoms have followed in the footprints we’ve traveled. It’s okay to walk down a different path, but be sure to visit again once in a while.
