Getting into MYO [now semi-open or closed?]

Okay sooooooooo, I came up with an anthro character, then decided to actually make a species out of them because I know for a fact that there aren't that many species in this particular realm (most seem to be more like "creatures", these are more of an anthropomorphic human-like species), and because, well, I wanted to try dipping my toe into a market that I see many people on this site dipping into by default.
